Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance work supervision
• Valid UAE driving License
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks
• Train and guide team members on cleaning procedures and safety
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standard
• Perform Air conditioning, electrical & plumbing work
• Basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
  
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow UAE health, safety, and company regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work
  
• Coordinate with Manager and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks
