Supervisor

Your Role:

The Supervisor will lead a team of technicians and/or cleaners, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical for team coordination, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a maintenance role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and tools across multiple trades.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with work order software and basic computer skills.
